Responsibilities

  • Generate client leads through active prospecting, cold calling, and networking
  • Conduct market research and comparative analyses
  • Facilitate negotiations between buyers and sellers
  • Manage property listings
  • Oversee legal documentation, including the preparation and review of purchase agreements, deeds, and closing statements.

Must-Have Qualifications

  • Active Real Estate License
  • Proven sales record with a track record of meeting or exceeding transaction targets
  • Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, for high-level client and vendor interactions
  • Solid negotiation expertise and the ability to handle high-pressure deal closures
  • Self-motivation and a disciplined approach

Nice to have

  • Bilingual proficiency, particularly in languages common within the local target market.
  • Advanced CRM knowledge (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or Yardi) for efficient lead and contact management.
  • Digital marketing expertise, including experience running targeted social media campaigns
  • Strong analytical skills
